How To Get A Refund

STEP 1: Check Your Email Receipt

You only need a few things in order to get your refund and those are…

Your email address (which you ordered from)
Your order number

To get the order/confirmation number, you need to scour through email to look for the invoice that you first purchase. (it will look something like the screenshot here)

Now if you can't find your order number, you can simply use your ZIP code or your credit card details.

STEP 2: Go To CLKBANK.COM

Visit: www.ClkBank.com

Scroll down and locate the order lookup form

Then enter your Email Address (which you've used in the order form) and your Order number from Step 1 above

If you cannot locate your order number, click on "I don't have my order number" and enter the last 4 digits of your card and your zip code.

Then click Look Up My Order

Clickbank.com will then send you a verification email to your email address

STEP 3: Go To Your Email Inbox

And look for an email titled: Clickbank Verification Code

In the email, click on the button "ACCESS ORDER HISTORY"

Note: If you cannot find an email, check your spam folders

STEP 4: Request A Refund

Once you've clicked on "ACCESS ORDER HISTORY" in the email link, you'll be taken to this page

Click on the Request Refund option

If you've purchased multiple add-ons, you need to click on Request Refund for each separate product.

For the fastest processing, choose OTHER and enter the comments: Vendor approved

Then click SEND TO SELLER

Your refund will now been granted and you'll receive a refund notification from Clickbank

Once the refund has gone through, it must then be processed by your issuing bank or credit card company, which is beyond our control.

Depending on your issuing bank, you should receive the credit in 4-6 business days (Monday through Friday, not including US holidays). Refunds to a PayPal account are made within 48 hours.
